• with separate entrance on the property of a family house with garden
• Basement, very quiet, very large, bright room
• forest location
• between the large and the small Müggelsee
• right on the Europe bike path
• only a few minutes to the beach of Müggelsee
• good connection to local public transport
• extremely quiet area - no party location!

• In addition, one or two toddler beds can be booked
• large double bed [which can also be separated ..], two times 90 x 200cm with new Schlaraffia 7-zone cold foam mattresses + foot & headboard as well as hardness-adjustable slatted frames
• Single bed as two 80 x 200 cm with very good suspension
• new 40 "Blaupunkt - LED TV
• very fast WiFi (50th line)
• Direct dial telephone with own number (free of charge for "short calls!" Throughout Germany)

• no 14-day right of withdrawal (commercial host), the cancellation policy stated applies
• Non smoking apartment - small smoking island in front of the apartment entrance only in very heavy rain, otherwise at the 'coffee place'.
• Extended night rest periods: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• We take our guests very seriously and naturally expect the same from you.
• Please note that the arrival of fitters is only permitted after consulting the landlord before booking!

• We would be happy to support you with your ideas (excursions, sights) and wishes, e.g. B. with Berlin tips.
• Public transport tickets can be ordered in advance on request (day ticket, WelcomeCard, City Tour Card).
• Travel guides for Berlin and many other cities in the area can be borrowed free of charge in German and English.
• Numerous sights and sports opportunities (e.g. Golf courses) as well as several restaurants (including German and Chinese cuisine), restaurants, one
A dance restaurant and an ice cream parlor are in the vicinity.
• 2 supermarkets, 3 bakeries, various medical practices nearby
• A hospital and doctors from several specialties in Köpenick
• We offer a shuttle service as well as city tours, light tours and trips across Ku'damm to "Unter den Linden" etc. for from € 29.00 per hour
on. (Also for wheelchair users in the comfort vehicle).
Treptow-Koepenick
The Treptow-Köpenick district is the largest district in Berlin in terms of area. At the same time, it has the lowest population density. The Treptow district in the northeast borders directly on the inner city districts of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. But here you can already find large green areas such as Treptower Park, Plänterwald and Königsheide. Köpenick is located in the southeast, where the metropolis merges with the surrounding area of Berlin. You can relax in numerous forests around the Müggelsee, Seddinsee and the rivers Spree and Dahme and go swimming in summer.
The castle in Köpenick and the adjacent old town are a must see. Here you will also find the town hall, the scene of the famous prank by Wilhelm Voigt, better known as “Hauptmann von Köpenick”.
road access
The S-Bahn lines S9 and S45 connect the district with Schönefeld Airport in the south and the city center. The city center can be reached from the southwestern part of Treptow-Köpenick via the S-Bahn lines S8, S46, S47 and S85. The S3 connects the northeastern parts of Köpenick with the city center.
getting there
• With public transport:
No matter whether from TXL, SXF, ZOB, or Hauptbahnhof, (or Ostbahnhof):
o with the S-Bahn to Ostkreuz,
o then continue with the S3 to Köpenick station
o from there take bus 169 towards Müggelheim to the end station "Odernheimer Straße".
o then left in the direction of travel: 'Behind the dune'
o left into 'Hirseländerweg',
o Turn left there to 'An der Himmelswiese'
• By car:
Coming from all directions in Köpenick:
o continue towards Müggelheim,
o drive "once around the village square / church" and
o right into Odernheimer Straße, then
o Drive Odernheimer Straße almost to the end, then
o left into 'Raumbacher Straße', then
o right into the 'Hirseländer Weg',
o then after two more streets comes 'An der Himmelswiese' on the left
• On request, we would be happy to pick you up with our chauffeur service.
• Shuttle service from and to Schönefeld SXF (from € 29.00) or Tegel TXL (from € 58.00); or collection from the train station, also as transport for the disabled, on request.
Individual cancellation conditions:
1) 100% will be charged if the booking was canceled within 10 days before check-in.
2) 80% will be charged if the booking was canceled within 2 weeks before check-in of the trip.
3) 60% will be charged if the booking was canceled within 1 month before check-in.

Die herrliche Lage in der Natur hat wesentlich dazu beigetragen das der Aufenthalt zu einer angenehmen Erholung geführt hat. Es ist alles tatsächslich so wie in der ausführlichen Beschreibung dargelegt.

Praktisches Appartment, mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter angebracht sind und dass ein paar Gewürze vorhanden sind.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zum Beispiel Touristentickets besorgt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
