About this apartment rental
Our sunny west facing ground floor apartment in Marina duquesa is located in a beach front complex in Puerto Duquesa.The accommodation has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a living room opening onto a sunny terrace overlooking the communal pools and sea. There is direct access from the terrace to the pools.It has air conditioning/heating, private WIFI, underground car park with allocated space, direct access to the beach, 24h security, a gym, four swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts and is only a minute walk to the port with its many bars and restaurants.

We just love the location of this apartment. It's ideally located near all the pools and has a fabulous terrace.
Maybe the interior could do with a bit of modernisation.

This was a great sized apartment for 2 couples or couple with 2 kids, the location is brilliant, it had everything you need, the best feature is the terrace as it is large has plenty of seating and being on the ground floor is right next to one of the pools and not far from exit out to marina and the beach, the terrace also pretty much get the sun all day from late morning till setting in the evening
Some drawers in cupboard in twin room like there are in the double would help, also changing the bedside cabinet in twin room with pointless tiny drawer to one with three drawers would help and more hangers in there as well
The little shower room would benefit from a better shower surround as it pretty much floods the floor most times you use it, also a little corner shelf in the shower would be good for putting shampoos on etc.
An umbrella or canopy for terrace would be good as there is limited shade when you want to stay outside and have a break from the heat

the location is great and the complex is maintained very well. The area is beautiful with great restaurants and bars.
The bed linen and pillows could be better. The cleanliness could be improved.
