Apart-rent Apartment Av Rhode 2º 2007

The location is perfect. Beachfront close to everything. The apartment is small, but it has everything. The apartment is cool, the sun's rays are not directly exposed throughout the day. A little mid-morning. It is greatly appreciated when you are at almost 40º. It also pulls fresh air and there is air conditioning.

To pick up and deliver the keys, you have to go to Ampuria Brava, which was uncomfortable for us to return. Sheets and towels are charged separately (15 euros per person), which we thought was a robbery. We bought ourselves and it was cheaper. The beds are comfortable, but the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Not suitable for the elderly or people with back problems. If you don't leave the apartment clean, they subtract part of the money that they block when you pick up the keys (250 euros). It did not happen to us, but there are no ballets or anything to leave the apartment more or less well. I imagine that the logic in what they consider "leave it as you found it" is not to leave it fatal... ¿?
