WiFi was weak (almost zero signal upstairs) Key box didn’t open easily Too hot IH kitchen (cannot figure out how to control) Mosquito (outside especially at night)

You are near lake and the beach. The area was very quiet with essential services a short walk away. The port was a good walk as was Alcudia Old Town. No problem with parking. In April not everything is open in the area. The house was clean and had all essential utilities.
The photo is of Villa 4 , we got Villa 1. It was said all 4 are the same. The rear view from Villa 1 was into a neighbours house and yard. The rooms are tight for space. On the front side a neighbours dog was constantly barking and crying. While the Villa was new and adequate it had no homely feeling internally. It may suit a different client type but we would not do a return stay as a family.
