About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment in the relaxation house is centrally located in the child-friendly Bensersiel. It has 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a kitchenette and a shower / toilet.
The well-equipped apartment of approx. 38 sqm invites you to relax, comfortably furnished it offers space for 2 people and possibly a small child. A travel cot is available free of charge on request.
Car parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The large, beautiful communal garden is equipped with a grill, tables and seating so that you can spend beautiful hours there alone or with other guests. Play equipment for the children is also available.
You can easily reach the Kurmittelhaus, the spa gardens and the thermal baths on foot.
The Nordseetherme offers bathing fun, a sauna and a wide range of wellness and fitness options.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach both the town center and the beautiful bathing beach and and the sea water outdoor pool, the harbor and the ferry pier to Langeoog.
You will find a wide range of sports and play options in and on the beach portal:
A sports theme park, a large beach playground, the covered sand play area "Benny's Adventure Land" not only for bad weather and the children's program with Benny Bärenstark ensure a varied holiday for young and old.
Shops, restaurants with regional cuisine and cafes can be found in a large selection in the immediate vicinity.
A supermarket and bakery are also in the village. Fresh fish from the cutter is available directly at the port.
Fresh sea air and the endless expanse of the sea guarantee relaxation in every season.

Apartment cleaning fee for cleaning before your arrival EUR 45.00.
In addition, a spa fee must be paid to the community on behalf of the community all year round. The amount of this spa contribution varies according to the season and is billed separately on your arrival.

Ausstattung minimalistisch. Für mich nicht schön zusammen gestellt. Manche Sachen wirkten doch ein wenig befremdlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

wir haben unseren Urlaub in der FeWo leider nicht genossen. Die Gründe dafür sind wie folgt:
1. Die Wohnung roch muffig
2. Die Beleuchtung in der kompletten Fewo war ein Witz. Ob vorhanden oder nicht, macht keinen Unterschied
3. Sehr sehr hellhörig!
4. Teppichboden in einer FeWo geht gar nicht (nicht Allergiker geeignet). Das sollte zumindest in der Objektbeschreibung stehen
5. Allerdings steht in der Objektbeschreibung, daß Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind. Wir konnten aber beobachten daß Gäste mit Hund einzogen. Das fanden wir, war die Krönung!!! Diese Kombination, Teppichboden und Tierhaare, werden jeden danach kommenden Allergiker ein echtes Problem bereiten. Da hilft auch kein noch so gutes Reinigen (ich weiß von was ich spreche)!
Der einzige Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist die Lage, es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.
