The host, Peter, was professional and excellent in every way. He actually called to check on us (since we were running very late) and told us not to rush. It was a nice apartment all on the main floor (no steps except front entry - 2 tiny steps, great for those with mobility issues) with air conditioning and was very well maintained.
Instead of providing breakfast in-house it is provided across from his apartment which included freshly baked goods and a drink of your choice. I would feel very comfortable recommending this as it was a great overall experience.
