About this house rental
We have poured our hearts into the house as we intend to use it ourselves when we come to visit our 'Happy Place' and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! A recently refurbished 3 bedroom semi-detached house - a short walk from the seafront and the heart of this popular Suffolk seaside location. The property has been furnished to a high standard with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing family holiday by the beach.
The house has all been recently refurbished. It accommodates 6 people in two double rooms both with king-sized beds and another bunk-bed room. There is an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower combined and a downstairs toilet. We have created a new patio area with rattan garden furniture and a family-sized BBQ that all guests are welcome to use. We have a selection of all the beach related stuff you may need so no need to bring any of that with you!
Bedlinen and towels are provided but not beach towels. There is a travel cot and highchair available on request.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at the house to enjoy walks on the beach and the surrounding countryside, we just ask that you help us keep the property in its best condition by not allowing them upstairs or on the furniture.
You will have full access to all of the house and any of the facilities - we would genuinely like you to feel completely comfortable in the house and have tried to ensure that there is everything available for you feel at home.

Loved our stay at The Waverley. Great location, responsive flexible owners, and great house. Well equipped, large rear garden and off street parking. Would definitely stay again.
