Orange House is an attractive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet just a short stroll from the High Street with it's boutique shops, eateries and pubs, and only a short walk to the beach, iconic pier and beach hut lined promenade. An ideal spot for a seaside holiday or a short break with family and friends, and not forgetting the dog.
*The entrance to Orange House is via the back as the parking is located at the rear of the property*
Step into the spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge. The triple aspect windows flood the room with natural light making this a bright and airy space to relax in. There are two comfortable sofas, "lazy" swivel chair and Smart TV. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs should you wish to dine in.
The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, built-in eye level microwave, five ring induction hob with electric oven, Quooker tap, DeLonghi coffee machine, LaVazza milk frother, toaster and kettle.
There is a separate utility room with a washer / dryer and sink and downstairs cloakroom.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, two bedside tables, floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes and a Juliet balcony looking out the garden.
Generous sized ensuite with a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower, hand basin, WC and towel rail.
Next door is a study with a desk and chair, computer screen and printer should you need to work whilst on holiday. Floor to ceiling windows flood this room with natural light.
