The Yellow House

Appena entri sembra di fare un salto nel passato, negli anni 70. La struttura è un bilocale con bagno, cucina, camera da letto e un ripostiglio. Soffitto basso (circa 2 metri), parquet a terra e bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Bisogna avere una stazza normale, diversamente credo sia difficoltoso. La cucina ha tutto, con televisione e divano letto. Struttura cmq pulita.

Aria condizionata solo nella camera da letto. Bastava mettere anche un ventilatore in cucina per renderla più accogliente, soprattutto perché a luglio a Catania fa veramente caldo. Porte un po' retrò

The hosts came to pick us up when we arrived late in the evening so that we don't have to bother with the public transport or walk with our luggage, which we appreciate a lot. The apartment is very friendly and cozy and serves as a base to discover fantastic Catania very well. It is like 30 min walking from the center, which was not a problem for us, but there is bus and metro close to the apartment, if one prefers that. Rita is a fantastic host, communicates well, she is very nice and always very helpful.

We liked everything, but if someone looks for panorama it is not an apartment for them, as it overlooks a courtyard and the balconies of other flats.

Very nice and cozy apartment, very near to city center. Very close supermarket and nice restaurant Trattoria Da Andrea (also quite cheap). We received check-in even before agreed time, cleans and very nice and calm apartment with all necessary things, welcome bottle of the wine in fridge and lot of tips where to go and where to eat. So nice host and apartment. Highly recommend!
