My reservation for Violet House was for a three-bedroom apartment, two rooms with double beds and a third room with two twin beds. The apartment has four bedrooms, but the host had locked one of the rooms with a double bed and instead prepared the third room with a single twin bed. When I pointed out the issue to the host he was rude and refused to acknowledge his mistake.
