Booked the airport transfer through the hotel, followed the instructions provided but after I called and messaged no one arrived after 45 minutes.

Staffs are so friendly and the hotel is clean
Breakfast needs to be improved not much variety of foods. And the reason that I won’t book this hotel is we couldn’t sleep AT ALL. We had long flights the day after we couldn’t rest at all because of the loud noises. There is no soundproof i could hear someone close the door, walk, their loud talks and screams. What’s the point of having hotel booked when i couldn’t even sleep…
