Hosting three bedrooms; a ground-floor double, a family room with a double and a day bed, and a children's bunk room, along with a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen with breakfast table, a dining room with an electric fire and a sitting room with an electric fire as well. To the outside there is parking for two cars and a multi-level garden including a patio with seating. Wisteria is a delightful family house, perfect for enjoying a Cornish getaway with loved ones.
Amenities: Oil central heating plus two electric coal-effect fires. Wifi. Fuel / power / wifi included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off road parking for two medium cars. Multi-level terrace front garden with patios and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Wisteria is at the end of an un-adopted road which is narrow in parts - It is wide enough for all types of cars, but after a long journey please take care on the approach to the house. Please note: The property is accessed via three flights of steps, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Shops and pubs within 0.3 miles
