Beautifully located on the sun-splashed beach in the center of Gulf Shores, this condo at The Lighthouse Resort offers a private balcony, gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and special at-home touches that include a wet bar and a private washer/dryer. Within the resort, you can lounge on 635 feet of private beach, swim in two zero-entry outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool, work out in the gym, and unwind at day's end in two private hot tubs and a sauna.

This Gulf-front resort sits just over half a mile east of Highway 59, which is home to Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Tiki's Mini Golf, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and a wealth of other family attractions. Gulf State Park, with its lovely nature paths and fishing pier, is half a mile east, and the Craft Farms Golf Club is five miles north. You'll be an easy walk from Sea-N-Suds, The Hangout Gulf Shores, and a variety of other shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and a quick drive from Big Wave Dave's, The Flying Harpoon 2, and The Flora-Bama.

So much to love about this unit. The balcony was the best overlooking the ocean. Easiest trip to beach from condo of any we have ever stayed in. Spent hours enjoying the view from the balcony. layout for gathering in kitchen and family room. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Things to note that could be improved. Needs more chairs on balcony so more can enjoy. Convenient location by elevator which you can hear at night but didn’t bother us at all. I noticed it in prior reviews but it did not bother us. The great location more than made up for it.

Great location and layout of rooms! My only small complaint was no dish soap and the ice maker was turned off, I would stay here again!

None of the locks worked that went out on the balcony’s. Which is very scary with kids
