Wow!! is what most say when they walk in Lighthouse 1415 and with good reason. Luxury bedding, tasteful decor,a wet bar, well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and a view to die for are just the beginning. The patio furniture is what you would expect in a condo of this nature. Lighthouse condos offer two outdoor and one indoor pools, two hot tubs a gym with a sauna and best of all 635 of the finest beaches that make us famous! Going back home'll be hard, but you can always come back. Book early because 1415, has a history of filling up early.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was spacious and the views stunning. The place was pretty clean but could use some deeper cleaning. Carpets and furniture had stains. We also tried the hot tub but it was dirty and we couldn’t find the button to turn on until second day. Better signs or and sign to let us know where to look would have been helpful.

First, we had a wonderful time, the unit is decorated well, the view is amazing, the balcony is VERY spacious and the location is perfect for our needs. The bedrooms with tvs and streaming along with local channels was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Parking was easy and even the elevators were fast.
We do have some concerns that resulted in a lower rating. The property was clean on arrival but I had read a review from April about the rugs looking like they needed cleaning and a corner up in the master bedroom and figured those would be fixed by the time we got there and, unfortunately, they were not. There are several bumps and nicks in walls and baseboards that could be fixed with touch up paint. The flooring was not installed well and there are places where one board is separating from another. I feel like there could be a few soaps in each bathroom since one soap is hard to move back and forth from the shower to the sink. The doors to the balcony do not lock. There also is no deadbolt or safety catch on the front door for added security. It would be nice to have an extra blanket in the master as well in case it’s a little cooler at night. The master bath leaves a lot to be desired, there is so much space and yet the shower is a small corner shower and the ceiling above it needs to be repaired because there are mold-looking colors bleeding through the paint. Some of the furniture is very rusted on the balcony which is expected being on the coast but at this point should be replaced. We have had many vacations in condos on the gulf coast and this one was priced in a way that I expected a little more luxury or better quality finishes.
