This large, family-friendly home has an open dining and living area with vaulted ceilings, stunning views from the primary bedroom, and a gourmet kitchen with a wooden bar. Spend fun afternoons in the living area whether chatting with your friends or watching TV. Your very own private sun deck boasts astonishing beach and Gulf views, perfect for sunbathing with a view.
The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and its more than 300 animals, amazing up-close animal encounters and shows, The Track and its endless family-friendly fun with go-karts, rides, and arcade, Pinnacle 14 Theaters, Tiki's Mini-Golf, and the Alabama Gulf State Park & Pier are all a short drive away. Orange Beach Marina and Zeke's Marina offer fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and watersport rentals. Cactus Cantina, The Hangout, Lulu's, and Picnic Beach are popular restaurants you can find a short drive away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Let me start by saying the place was cute and clean and perfectly placed on the beach with no crowd. It was a good size for our family but it was very dated and has been very patch job type fixes. Tiles cracked in the bathroom that crunch with each step, bathtub feels like it will fall through the ceiling and the air to the master never got cooled down. With the amount of sand that comes with the beach a $5 broom would be a great thing to at least provide. This place was great for our first time but we have learned a little with this stay that we prefer a place with back access steps for the beach, lights that work for under porch, and a place that everyone across the street is using our driveway for their beach access and shoe drop off. We did have an issue the last night with my car alarm going off in the middle of night so I think people being close to our house constantly had something to do with that…… all and all it was a great trip and great location if you don’t want to fight crowds or cross the street just know it’s dated
