The swim spa, the deck, the living room, the playroom, the swing set- sand box- fire pit area was a big hit. Having the gate at the top of the deck stairs was a comfort, in that we had a 2 year old with us and knew she wouldn't fall down the stairs. The gated area around the swim spa was also appreciated.
Challenging arrangement of the bathrooms, no access to the trash dumpster.
