Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brunswick-Harpers Ferry Area by IHG

Staff members were friendly and helpful, as well as accommodating throughout the entire stay. Breakfast food was delicious and convenient and coffee/tea available all day was a great bonus. Most common areas and rooms were quiet and pleasant.

The pool area was fairly dirty and there was a large puddle in one corner gathering bacteria and some other solid particles floating around. It was a quite a contrast to the rest of the hotel common areas and private rooms, which were all wonderfully clean. I do realize it is a pool area and more difficult to maintain but it could certainly use more attention.

We were able to check in early because our room was ready and that was terrific. Antoinette was so helpful to us and helped to make our trip excellent. The accommodations were excellent. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfy and our breakfasts were very good.

Everything about this place is top notch I gave it overall

Not everyone like to eat pork. They could be an option for any meat made with beef sausage chicken sausage and turkey bacon

It’s easy to get to from the highway and is still fairly new so clean and well maintained. We didn’t use it but it does have a small indoor pool and a gym.

While there is a small market in the lobby, items are ridiculously priced and aren’t labeled with prices. Like $4 for a small drink. You are better off walking next door to Sheetz. I expect some mark up but that’s more than I paid at a high end hotel in NYC. Staff was nice enough but when we checked in the clerk was very flustered and it took much longer than it should have. We were the only ones checking in and everything was prepaid. Perhaps the staff could use additional training. Rooms are basic but decent. Towels are super small and not soft.
