Excellent location. Very nice pool. Water nice and warm. Living room was quite comfortable. Beautiful view of canal from the pool deck and back of house. Nice master bath with walk in shower. Pretty well equipped kitchen. All the appliances work well. Good washing machine and dryer.

There were just a lot of small problems. Most of them are maintenance issues. First of all when I opened the lock box there was no key to get into the property. I had to call the property manager luckily there was a spare. The trash cans and recycling were completely full when I got there the previous occupants didn't put them on the curb. I couldn't use the garage because I wasn't given a remote. The button in the garage was broken. I had to leave my car out in the hot sun all day. The pool screen door to sit by the canal was broken and jammed. I had to walk out the front door to gain access to the backyard. The pool skimmer was completely shredded I had to clean particulates out of the pool with my hands. The pool was professionally cleaned after I was there 5 days. There is very little closet space because it is all taken up with cots and rollaway beds. Finally this is a duplex you will be sharing the pool with whoever is on the other side. It was fine for me because two nice older guys were staying there and we got along fine. Just be aware that if your neighbors have kids or are loud you aren't using the pool or having any peace and quiet.

Listen, we were stoked to get here, the pictures make this place seem amazing, and it is in its own ways. I loved the indoor space, dock for fishing, clean pool, and luckily we had the place to ourselves for a couple of nights before another family showed up. It was cutesy.

I should've done better research on this place before booking because I didn't realize we'd be joined with another unit. It's worth mentioning that you will be sharing the pool and dock space with another tenant next door. Our screen door was broken on our side of the pool space which was a pain because it led to the dock and we used the dock often. We had killed a couple of roaches in the unit which didn't really bother me, I was just hoping we didn't bring any back with us in our luggage lol.
