We really liked the house, it was clean, with nice sized rooms. Pool and spa were great and we enjoyed the privacy around the lanai with the landscaping.

This is the first home I've rented where electricity is not included, but they do a good job of telling you in advance that consumption will be calculated and charged. Just be sure to plan for that additional expense.
