I have sent all of these notes (with some photos) to management, and they did offer to have housekeeping come if it was necessary, which I appreciated.
We did arrive to dirty floors, my littles feet were black in just minutes. And we did have to sweep. It was apparent the space needed some cosmetic care, but nothing at all that impeded our stay. Everything was functional and fine. There are dishes and pans, etc for use, but ZERO spices. No salt or pepper. It’s silly, but I wish I had made a note of that before buying groceries, I’d just assumed there’d be some there.
I would recommend just having your housekeeping staff do a thorough clean for the next guests. I know you may not get to physically check the units but I'd recommend some newer bedsheets. These are all on their last legs, and thin. I did notice some holes on the main bed sheets. And the quilts were very thin. The bunk beds are smaller than twin size. And I'd recommend putting that in the ad. While they are totally fine for my two littles, others may try to fit bigger people in them and it wouldn't work.
Also, totally cosmetic but I'd maybe touch up the paint throughout. A lot of scrapes and marks show throughout the unit.
I have been impressed with our views/location, the a/c and hot water works great, our appliances are all great, and it really was tidy other than those few issues. Thank you for listening to our experience! It really is totally fine for our small family of four, but I'd love to see those issues fixed for future use.

Rental property was beautiful. It was on the 1st floor, which was very convenient with going back and fourth to the beach, loading/unloading our bags, etc. Having the pool right outside was no bother or any obstruction from the view of the ocean. The room was very clean, the fridge and freezer were very cold. The whole experience was wonderful and we would definitely choose this unit in the future.

The proximity to the beach is perfect, and the condo is in a very convenient location, and you're definitely on top of the pool and hot tub, but that wasn't a problem for us. However, the floor was dirty as others have stated. There needs to be a rug coming in the door so that everything isn't tracked into the main living area. The bed was a brick, a simple mattress topper would help this. It's pretty noisy in the bedroom when there are people outside, which there's not much that can be done about that. You can't read the thermostat on the AC, which is pretty inconvenient. The laundry door is ridiculous, I mean come on.. the threatening note just before the instructions on how to rig the washing machine to work seemed a bit distasteful. I mean it's hard to complain, you're at a beautiful location on the beach, but all of the issues are so simple and could be remedied easily, I don't understand why they're not addressed. It's a small place, which is fine. If the few complaints that have been echoed several times in these reviews would be resolved it would be a 5 star stay every time.
