There are some issues that we found and feel they should be addressed to make the stay more enjoyable for all. First thing we noticed was the kitchen sink did not hold water so we purchased a new stopper for that. Also found a roach one morning so purchased some bait for them. The first week a maintenance person come to clean out the dryer vents as the clothes were not getting dry. It now works better but that maintenance should have been done previously. Also found the bedroom door rubbed when closed so I added wooden toothpicks to the screw holes and tightened them to correct. Bifold doors for the washer/dryer need work as they do not close as they should and the bedroom closet door sticks because the top track is bent and the roller does not roll well. We also requested some items that should have been already there. They are a mop pail, some hot pads, measuring teaspoons and covers for the cooking pans. I would also include a new wet mop as the available one is almost useless. A person did deliver a mop pail and hot pads, but brought measuring cups instead of measuring spoons?? The bathroom sink faucet should be investigated as it appears to leak water around the base of it when used. These are some things that make me question weather we would rent it again. If action is taken by the owner, maybe yes but if not addressed probably not.
