This bright and beachy rental also features a cozy, sunlit living area, a spacious dining area, and an open and full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. On-site, guests will enjoy access to a wide variety of deluxe, resort-style amenities including shared pools, a hot tub, sundeck, and a dry sauna.
Visiting golfers will want to check out the courses at Craft Farms and the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, both located within 12 miles of this rental. For shopping, dining, and live entertainment, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Wharf, just six miles away, or SanRoc Cay Marina, less than three miles up the coast. And if you want to get out on the water, arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your vacation rental.

Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

We stayed there this past week and it was a great place! This unit is a corner unit which allows all three bedrooms an awesome beach view. We had family there with other units that weren’t corner units and we all gathered at our place each night because we could all enjoy the dolphin watching in the evening. Expertly decorated and had plenty of dishes, silverware, coffee pots (both for pods and ground coffee), a milk frothier, instapot and rice cooker. We would definitely go back. Only comment regarding beach if you like to take your tent all the way to the water’s edge that is not allowed. All tents are required to be about 30 yards back. Behind the chairs with umbrellas that are available for rent. Wasn’t super convenient for getting in and out of water as we were quite a bit back from waters edge. But beaches are clean and beautiful!

The wrap around balcony and view make this unit one of a kind! The condo was the perfect space for our family of 5. We loved having the kitchen and common area with the stunning view at all times.
The building amenities lack a little. The gym and courts are very old and run down. The courts are also across the busy street so hard for kids to get to in their own.
Overall a wonderful a beach vacation rental.

The building was great - the view was great. The service we received was pathetic. Keeping in mind and giving a lot of forgiveness for the storm. The room started flooding Sunday Morning through the 5 sets of doors. We called to tell them, and asked for extra towels. Never saw the towels all week. Even after a maintenance man Called the “in charge person” and we were again told that they would send them right up. Why did we have A maintenance man? They didn’t send one when we told them about the water or when we let them know water was coming in through the middle Of the room. Again - this was understandable because of the situation. What is not understandable was Vacasa telling me someone would be there That night, and no one EVER showing up during the week. OH yea - the maintenance man. He was there because our lock stopped working when we were outside the room. Called Vacasa - they started an “urgent” call- an hour later a maintenance man showed up- didn’t have a master key. He called his boss who showed up after another 45 minutes and had a master key- which did not work for our room. He had to call a Vacasa branch 15 minutes away to pick up the correct key. A key that could have been there 2 hours before had they had any clue which key it needed OR I could have picked it up. 3 Hours of down time due to stupidity. Called twice (not during a storm or other natural disaster) and waited over an hour to get a person to talk to. One bright spot was Linda - the person I called with the lock emergency- actually texted to see if I got in the Condo. Talked to a lot of people at the condo last week and it was explained to me that Vacasa just recently took over this building. NOBODY was exited about it. Little things in the Condo which weren’t critical-but people see. Nick-nacks and light bases were thick with dust. A toilet seat bolt in the secondary bathroom was completely off so you fell off when you sat down. Stupid things that turned what could have been Fabulous week into a nice week. Might come back to Orange beach - Beautiful place - but sure won’t rent through Vacasa. By The way - great on line sign in and checkout. Now get your human response To the same level.
