Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was as pictured, great balacony with plenty of seating. The condo was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
The property is under construction, which is distracting when you are on the balcony or at the pool. I wish they gave a better timeline on when construction was. You also have to walk around the building in the parking lot to the pool/beach access.

The convenience of this facility is a big draw. There is construction going on to upgrade the building, but we didn’t have any issues with it. For the price we paid and the short time we were there, it was just fine.
