Welcome to Tradewinds #108! What a great complex in the perfect location! Walk to Adventure Island, Big Daddy's Arcade, Souvenir City, and many close by restaurants. Sitting DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, Tradewinds amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach directly in front of the complex. Got a large group and need more space? We also have 2 more homes in this complex, #906 & #1109, both 2 bedrooms, that can accommodate up to 8 more persons each! Just ask us!
This adorable 1 bedroom, 2 bath, updated condo is brand new to the program and expecting your 5 star review!! Step inside and you will find beautiful LVP flooring throughout, Shiplap walls, Plantation Shutters, fresh accents, updated cabinetry and countertops, and enough square footage for the whole family. The Primary Bedroom contains a King Size bed, TV, spacious closet, and private Full Bath with a beautiful tiled shower. Got littles? They will love sleeping in the twin over twin bunks just outside the bedroom. Got teens? The updated, queen pull out sofa bed in the living room will let them zonk out after a full day in the sun! Then, not to overload mom and dad's bathroom, there is an additional Full Bath just off the hallway for convenience with a shower/ tub combo. Also in the living area is a Large, Smart TV with plenty of seating for everyone, plus balcony access where you can sit outside and enjoy great sunsets and the beach activities of the day. Hungry? The fully equipped kitchen will assist in feeding the fam so you can head out for another adventure.
**Construction Notice: Beginning October 12, 2026 and lasting through December 31, 2026, Tradewinds will have some maintenance construction taking place on site. This will include increased noise, some dust, intermittent pool closures (during work hours 8am-3pm) and partial access restrictions throughout the duration of the project. The home nor the balcony will be affected. Rates have been reduced to reflect this inconvenience.
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

A Parking Pass is required and purchased upon booking. The pass is $42.50 and limited to ONE for this condo by the Homeowners' Association. The pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter for you upon your arrival.

Loved the condo and was great for our family of 4. The woman at Celebrity answered any questions I had when I called the contact number. Very clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. I don't honestly have anything negative to say about the condo or beach. I will warn you - security ain't no joke :) they will tow and kick you out of the pool when it's time. Also, no sports balls in the pool and the lady security is serious about it.

Very good. Great remodeled condo. Only problem was work going on condos next to us. Very loud and noisy. Should have been told about this before trip! Also, we’re not told about painting in our building unable to use stairs. No quiet enjoyment for my 65thbday and our 10 year anniversary
