Very close to Harry Potter world. Lots of fun decorations for the kids

Quite small, the dining room table and chairs are too big for the space

It was quiet and clean and big enough. The shower / bath was good. The only thing we really didn't like was the sofa bed as it was super uncomfortable. Apart from that the rest was great

Harry Potter theme was lovely for the kids, costumes were all tried on by my 3 kids . Location to Harry Potter was excellent. Communication via message on booking.com was excellent. We arrived an hour early and there was no issue checking in early. Plenty of towels and toiletries for 5 of us for the weekend. Price was affordable for family of 5.

On arrival front of house made us nervous as it was run down with an overgrown garden, thankfully inside was better. Pictures exaggerate size, bunk beds are all that fits in one of bedrooms and they were too small for my 16 year old. Each room had a fan and we were still overheating, weather was hot when we stayed. Curtains don't pull fully across so sun shone in, windows don't close fully. Mattress on sofa bed is like a mattress protector. Bathroom had mould on wall and floor needed a clean. Kitchen floor had a crack on it with a sheet of sticky tape on it to cover it. Not sure how it would keep clean. Finally, location .... its a taxi ride to nearest station, the only facility nearby is a tesco 10/15 minutes walk away. We had no car so had to uber to station each time to go anywhere. The eircode is for a house at top of the estate too.

Great Decor for Harry Potter fans. Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. Fan in each room which was a god send with the heatwave. Great location for Harry Potter studios we walked there and back as it was local. Took about 25mins to walk. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
