The Space:
Welcome to Casa Encanto del Mar, where luxury meets comfort. As a family-owned retreat, every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to ensure your stay is both indulgent and relaxing. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking Pacific Ocean views and the serene atmosphere that fills this home.
This condo features two spacious bedrooms. The master suite is a true highlight, boasting a king-size bed and sliding glass doors that open to your very own private balcony. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sun set over the horizon; this is what vacation is all about. The closet provides ample space for your belongings, so you can truly unpack and unwind.
A second bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and its own beautifully decorated bathroom ensures that every guest enjoys a restful stay.
The main living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The balcony is an extension of this space, featuring cozy couches that invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the magnificent ocean views. Inside, the living room is cozy. The sofa easily converts into a full bed for extra space, and is ideal for reading a book, enjoying a movie, or simply admiring the scenery. Adjacent to the living area, a comfortable dining table awaits, ready for memorable meals and conversations with a fully equipped kitchen.

Guest Access:
There are different pools to enjoy in Copala, plus the Copala Club House, featuring a pool, a hot tub, and a gym. Of course, you can just take a 10-minute ride to the magnificent Quivira Golf Course or Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and dine at one of the restaurants. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is just 20 minutes away.
The Neighborhood:
Copala is located within Quivira, a Luxury development on the North area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, plus other two high end residential communities. All surrounded by perfect landscaping and roads for a morning walk or a run.
Getting Around:
Copala offers transportation within Quivira, all you have to do is call Copala Concierge. Also, there is transportation available to Cabo / Medano beach from PB Sunset Beach to PB Rose (reservation through Concierge recommended). Please note that transportation is subject to availability and sometimes waiting times are very long. There is a $6 USD charge per ride for the shuttle use. Renting a car is very convenient and parking is complimentary at the premises.
Being Quivira a Resort area, Uber entrance is a bit restricted, consult Copala Concierge before booking Uber into the development.
Taxis are available 24/7
Parking is complimentary at the premises if you rent a car.

This property is Dog-Friendly (15lbs or smaller). We need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog. An extra $100 USD cleaning fee per dog will apply without exception; last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.
Copala is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including Club House and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

We’re a real estate family, travel a lot and have a couple short term rentals of our own. This Quivira property and the management is top notch! When booking I was impressed with the immediate response and online guide with information and recommendations. They organized our airport transportation with a grocery stop and golf cart rental. Upon keyless entry check in the place smelled great, was clean and guac, pico, chips, water and Coronas welcomed us! The view was amazing and there are binoculars in the unit to use for whale watching which came in super handy! The pools and gym were well kept and not busy. A huge perk for us was access to the Pueblo Bonito all inclusive resorts. We drove the golf cart everyday to go have a coffee or ice cream at The Market at Sunset. The free bus service to the beachside Rosa location was fabulous to have! Claudia and Sylvia were super responsive! The master bed is on the firmer side than we like, but that’s personal preference. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach towels were all there to use. Would recommend 100% and in fact have had two people in my office that wanted information based on our pics and experience. Will definitely book with them again!

Disappointed to learn Uber not permitted to do pickup at our condo. This allows taxi to charge double what Uber would charge. Half of these taxi charges are kick backs to the management company. Left a sour note.
