This unit was very nice! It had a great lanai and solid layout. Beds were comfortable and the concierge, Salvador, was a great help for our group. Pueblo Bonito is a large place so if you don't have a rental car, I'd advise getting connected with a taxi driver, prices are very reasonable.

We enjoyed our 17 days at Copala, our morning was spent having coffee & watching the boats come & go, if we were lucky the whales jumped for us. Afternoons at the quiet pool were great. If you are looking for the Cabo party atmosphere, this isn’t the place for you, as it’s far from Downtown Cabo, but if you are wanting a beautiful place to relax and rewind it can’t be beat. Shuttles are available to get you around the area and facilities at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach if you need more action. Communication between Juan & Salvador was quick and efficient any time we had questions. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo, we look forward to coming back.

Everything was great. Only item not working was ice maker in refrigerator Minor inconvenience. No plastic cups for little ones Only glass. We purchased plastic ones and left them when leaving.

This property was truly amazing! Juan the owner, Armado the butler, and Caesar the chef surely made this an eventful stay and birthday. Already making plans to return in August.
