The quality of the house. It felt very authentic yet modernised. Two mini courtyards gave excellent light to the accommodation. The bathroom itself is worth the fee. There were five of us, and although tight on space in the living area, felt cozy and relaxed. Following the rules of being in the neighborhood was easy to stick to.
While the provided picture directions were great, I'd have preferred picture directions from Omiya station, as this is the public transport we used.

The location was great for our needs (attending my son's wedding), with easy access to grocery stores and transport. It was very quiet and it was lovely to stay in a Japanese style house.
Though the property could sleep 6, it was quite a tight fit. The kitchen only had 4 plates, and there were only 4 seats for the table. There were too many odd decorations scattered around that took up usable space.
