Beautiful place, lots of green and nice common area. Food was nice. One very kind employee, giving suggestions
There was incredibly loud music at night (until morning) at a nearby place, and when we asked for help we felt nothing was really done. Also, personnel was very slow. Kind, but slow and got breakfast wrong every time. It’s fine when it happens sometimes but not as a standard

I like the fact that the property was surrounded by nature so many plants. The customer service was amazing and the sitting area was very comfortable with so much options from games to music and refreshments.

The place is lovely, chilled and a good place to hang out. The staff are great, the food nice (note it’s veggie only), and the waterfall/coffee tour we did was really good. Oh and the dog (Mackenzie) and cats/kittens are lovely and friendly!
Only had cold showers, something must have been broken. There is a bit of noise from the road, but not too intrusive.
