it was a hot couple of days and no aircon, so hot on the top floor. went out and bought fans to cool down as ceiling fans didn’t provide much relief.

very cool local feel… neighbours live there so it feels like you’re a resident rather than a transient. great coffee shop out the front… view of the beach… so close to all the great shops and cafes…. 10/10

The location was exceptional. Close to all Burleigh has to offer.
The parking. I know nothing can be done about this. However I think the price should’ve reflected this.
The apartment was quite run down. Needed new blinds, furniture, fittings. Understand it is retro but seriously needed a face lift & a thorough deep clean. Mould in bathroom. Carpets grubby.
Would’ve expected tea, coffee, milk.
Should’ve stated the apartment was a walk up & flights of stairs involved.
Linen was spotless. Bed uncomfortable & saggy. Television didn’t work.
I have many photos of the state of the cleanliness of apartment but can’t seem to attach more than one pic. I would like to submit more.
