- de ligging in een residentiële wijk van Hamburg. - winkels en diensten zijn in de nabijheid aanwezig - de uibaatster gaf toestemming om mijn fiets in de kelder te zetten
- enkel kamer is privé, badkamer en keuken moeten gedeeld worden. - de uitbaatster volgt je op van nabij . Bij elke stap die je zet staat ze bij je. - ontbreken van enig privacy: als je in de keuken zit, komt ze binnen (na tokken op de deur). - terwijl je overdag uit de kamer bent , komt de uitbaatster onaangekondigd in je slaapkamer. Ze verlegt ongevraagd persoonlijk spullen , bv van bed naar kast.
