With two full bedrooms and one bathroom, it's the perfect space for a small family or group of friends. Both sleeping areas are thoughtfully appointed for a restful stay, and the home’s layout offers both shared spaces for connection and quiet corners for downtime.
Laid-Back Living
The open living area is warm and welcoming, featuring a fireplace and plush seating for evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast before hitting the mountain or cooking dinner for the whole crew.
Walk to Brighton Lifts
Located just a short 1-minute walk from the closest lift and 4-minute walk to the ticket window at Brighton Resort, this home makes it easy to come and go as you please. Midday snack breaks, forgotten gloves, or a quick rest are never more than a few minutes away.

BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles. Please park in the designated areas or as directed by snowplow driver.
