BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles preferrably parked in the garage so plowing can occur easily.

My family and I stayed here for a family reunion that was happening in another cabin in the area so we basically used this cabin for sleeping and to take infants for naps away from the crowded "loud" cabin. It was great. The battery in the entry door went out while we were there and they had someone come out and replace it right away. We saw mice and they delivered mouse traps right away (I don't think the mice were there because of a cleanliness problem - just a fact of living in the mountains.) We enjoyed our stay immensely and I love Brighton! Thanks for everything.
