This beautifully appointed ocean side beach house offers the perfect coastal getaway with 5 spacious bedrooms plus a bonus room, and 6.5 baths. With sleeping accommodations including a King bed, four Queen beds, and a Double/Twin bunk, the home comfortably hosts up to 13 guests. Linens are provided with beds made upon arrival for a truly turnkey experience. The property features a private 14x32 ft swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional $500 per week during the season. Pool use is limited to the number of guests the home accommodates and is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, though maintenance closures may occur without notice.
A ground-level elevator provides access to all floors, enhancing convenience for guests. The first floor includes a private bedroom with a full bath, a recreation room complete with a pool table and projection television, and garage access. The second level houses four bedrooms, each with a private bath, and many offer ocean views with direct deck access. The top-level master suite boasts panoramic ocean views, a King bed, and a private bathroom. The home’s reverse and open floor plan is ideal for maximizing ocean views and gathering space.
Thoughtful touches include a seasonal gas fireplace, professional décor, ceiling fans throughout, and modern comforts such as central air and heat, wireless internet, and seven TVs. Beautiful non-commercial beach and neighborhood. Ocean view from porch was spectacular and house was nicely done. Negative: carpet needs to be removed as they are very dirty.

Beautifully decorated, lots of room, well equipped kitchen, great location with gorgeous views!!!! Our only negative was the steep driveway which was a challenge with the older folkes and the babies, but that made the view possible. Wonderful beach home!

Property is as good as the listing and pictures. Proximity to the beach was a short convenient walk. Even though the property wasn't a beachfront location the view from the 3rd floor was elevated enough that you look over the beachfront property. The evening sounds of the waves crashing to the shore could be heard throughout the day. The pool is very well maintained and welcome break from the beach.

We were all longing for a break from being at home during this pandemic. 2nd to Nunn gave us the space to spread out, enjoy the beach and spend many hours by and in the pool. We will never forget our time at the beach, our sunburns, the shrimp we ate and the memories we made. Thank you for a great quarantine vacation!
