This rental was perfect for our family of 5, including 3 young children. The views, the space, hot tub, and in ground pool was perfect. It felt homey, close enough to all the action but just a little away so you feel relaxed we loved that part!! Only negative was that it colds been a little

The cabin was nice overall and we got what we needed from it. We did experience some issue. When we arrived there was a ton of wasp in the home that we had to remove. During our stay a fire alarm started to beep as well and if you used the big tub upstairs we discovered it leaks and makes a massive mess into the kitchen. All this being said, the vacasa team was very on top of it when it came to fixing things. I was able to message them and within an hour or two have someone out to help us. We ended up needed someone to come out twice and each time it was fast and efficient. The house needs some updates but I’m very impressed by the team and their response when we needed someone urgently.

Overall the cabin was nice and located in a convenient location for easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Mountains. The cabin needs a good cleaning in some areas.
