Perfect location, fantastic accommodation, yet not prperly stocked kitchen.
As a former beach property owner and landlord (property rental owner) I was surprised that a "Rosemary" property had a completely under stocked kitchen. Not enough "kitchen gear" (tools, forks and knives, wine openers, pots and pans. It would have been nice not to have had to go to grocery store and have to buy salt, pepper, aluminium foil, etc. Yes, a little surprised.
Overall our stay and visit back to 30a was fantastic.
