THE ONE VILLA

Fabulous house with gorgeous pool and gardens and loads of space. Rooms are huge, beds are really comfortable and there’s loads of common space for eating and hanging around. The swimming pool, pool table and cinema room area were a big hit with the whole family. Highly recommend this property for very comfortable and enjoyable stay for a large family or group.

Showers weren’t very hot initially but once we let the landlord know it was promptly sorted out. The landlord was very responsive.

Maison grande et bien équipée

Nous avons fait remonté les soucis que nous avons eu en espérant que ce soit réglé pour les prochains hôtes (pb évacuation d’eau ds douche et lavabo- odeur nauséabonde ds chambre du bas qui n’a pas de salle de bains c’est le seul point vraiment négatif de la maison)

The One Villa was perfect for a visit to Chiang Mai with our extended families. There was ample space for everyone, and the kitchen was perfect for making meals on our own and being able to enjoy the pool! The pool is perfect! It's heated, so it was the perfect temperature to be refreshing, but not too cold - especially in the rainy season when pools are often too chilly! The property, the house, and all the rooms were comfortable and well kept. Overall, things we needed were readily available. We would definitely come back again!

At first there were no hand towels or dish towels, but the host promptly had them delivered. Paper towels and coffee filters would have helped a lot too, as we like to make our own coffee in the morning. But those things were all very minor, and the host was very accommodating.

We have already left the place we were staying. The house was very comfortable to live in. My family and I were very satisfied and also very grateful to you.
