Casa Lago

Fully fitted out with all the appliances you need !

Nothing

Great pool area, good position and aspect meant sunny all day. Coffee machine , modern kitchen , all ensuite . Bathrooms v clean and shampoo etc provided.

Wi-Fi didn’t really work , some issue with light switch in one room and plug in upstairs room had blue sparks at one point and was hanging out the wall . Blood on a rug/bed cover and hair extension under the sofa . Not enough plug sockets in bedrooms that weren’t used for lamps . Noticed a key box not sure why that wasn’t used and this meant due to our flight times we had to pay 75 euros for someone to be there to let us in. Broken sun umbrella couldn’t be put up or down and an iron but no ironing board.

Great value for money.

There was nothing I did not like only recommendation would was turn the spare reception into a 4th bedroom by simply adding a door to the downstairs bathroom beyond the en-suite.

The communications from the host Steven were great and accommodated our needs. Arranging for a time to fit our arrival times and our need to return to the airport for more guests couldn't have been more helpful. This allowed us to leave the luggage and friends at the villa whilst I went back to the airport for our friends that flew in that day.

There was a few issues like only one hairdryer between 6 ladies, no floor towels for the showers, the toaster didn't work, there was an eclectic selection of crockery! the craftier glass jug was broken, the front door key wouldn't work ( lucky we hadn't shut a glass sliding door by accident! otherwise we would have been locked out! ) The downstairs shower glass door was broken. All these things did get resolved by the host after the first few days. However we did feel as if we had lots of niggles and complaints. The location was far out so wouldn't rush back to this villa again. You would need a car if you stayed at this property.
