Felt in love in Catania

Stor lejlighed med fin indretning og god beliggenhed.

Kommunikation med ejer kunne være bedre. På forespørgsel fik vi oplyst, at lejligheden ville være klar 13-13.30 og de ville kontakte os hvis de var klar før. Vi stod ved døren kl 13.30. I 38 graders varme. Vi hørte intet før 13.43 hvor de oplyste at de først ville være klar om 10-15 min. Da vi skulle hjem var det heller ikke klart om lejligheden skulle forlades kl 10 eller 11. De endte med at sige 11. Da vi skulle i bad om aftenen blev hele badeværelset nærmest oversvømmet, da afløb var stoppet. Kan se tidligere anmeldelser fra juni, at andre også har nævnt dette. The apartment is big, very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to make every meal. The apartment is designed very well so it makes you feel comfortable staying in such an apartment. The location is right near the two best coffee shops at the town, 5 minutes walk from a lidl and right beneath a bus station.

Big bedrooms, comfy beds. Had all we needed. Whole apartment was clean.Walk in shower, perfect for mum. Ideal for where we needed to be for a wedding. Ideal location for city centre. Host helped us carry our luggage on arrival and out when we left. Was also available by message if needed. Air-conditioning was brilliant. Quiet area. Enjoyed hearing the music from the nearby park though.

Not that we didn't like things. However a few things would have helped our stay eg milk, bread and few things for arrival instead we had to go straight out for shopping. I suggested a small table and chairs in the little yard off the kitchen would be a lovely space with some solar lights and plants. Shower flooded the bathroom with the plug cover on but was ok when it was off. Host said he could send someone but I said it could be looked at after we left. Carrying mum's walking aid up and down 2 flights of stairs was a challenge!!
