The property is easily the best place to stay for anyone going to Lisbon. The apartment is amazing, has everything you need and is extremely clean. The location is perfect too, right next to Cacilhas boat station, and also on the same road as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, definitely recommend Pikaki. Definitely the best host you can get too!

Good family business, second and third floors are hotel rooms, first floor is restaurant. Good location 10 minutes by ferry to the city center. Very hospital and helpful owner Daniel and his family are very friendly.
A little bit noisy from the street but it is not a fault of the property.

The room was very modern and comfy. Very good location.
There was a cockroach on the bathroom. It came out of a hole in the wall next to the toilet. This was the only inconvenience. I would have rated this room a 9 if not for this.
