About this house rental
Luxury holiday home right on the water with a view of the Schleib, large roof terrace, Finnish sauna and fireplace in a dream location. Experience an unforgettable holiday in the holiday home "Nis Randers" in the direct waterfront in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.
As soon as you enter the house, your gaze wanders through the bright living and dining area to the loop with large flocks of water birds. On about 127 square meters, our guests enjoy the maritime ambience on 3 living floors and two sun terraces. The spacious living / dining area is complemented by a well-equipped kitchen. So it is a pleasure to cook tasty menus even during the holidays. On the terrace on the ground floor, which is equipped with a beach chair, garden furniture and an electric grill, you only have the loop in front of you and can spoil yourself with culinary delights and watch the passing ships or the maritime bird life.
Through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the house, there is plenty of natural light and at the same time magnificent views of the loop or the harbor. At "Schietwedder" the stove provides the cozy warmth and floor lamps throw a pleasant light into an interesting book that you might delve into. A TV system with Blueray and radio and WiFi access complete the entertainment offer.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. One with a single mattress double bed and one with two single beds, which can also be put together. From the large bathroom you can watch the maritime activity in the marina in the early morning.
The highlight is waiting for you in the attic of the holiday home "Nis Randers": a Finnish sauna with shower, a studio with a sofa bed to relax and the impressive roof terrace, where you can end the day with a "sundowner" and forget everyday life.

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is embedded in an incomparable nature and equipped with everything that makes your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all excited to see it emerge until the planned completion in 2022.
On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.
House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 5 guests. A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the flat rate of 125.00 euros. The house is supplied with 100% hydropower electricity.
The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by transfer to the specified account. In the event of proper handover on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back to the account specified by the guest within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.

Ein richtig schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung.
Insbesondere der Service war stets erreichbar (aus Versehen fehlte das Wäschepaket, war aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten und super-freundlich erledigt). Perfekt

Wir waren schon einmal im Olpenitz-Resort, diesmal aber über die "richtige" Agentur. Hier stimmt alles, das gemütlich eingerichtete Haus, die Sauberkeit durch das Reinigungsteam, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, eine echte finnische Sauna und nicht wie so oft nur eine "not"-Saune (Infrarot). Es fehlte im Haus an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche und besonders schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Meerzeit-Team, das haben wir leider schon anders erlebt. Vielen Danke!!

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern einen Kurzurlaub über vier Nächte gemacht.Die Ferienwohnung "Nis Randers" war bis jetzt die mit Abstand sauberste Ferienwohnung in der meine Familie und ich Urlaub gemacht haben!Die Ausstattung von Küche über Unterhaltungselektronik ist von gehobener Klasse.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist toll gelegen, mit Sicht auf Schlei und Ostsee.Ein Edeka Markt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Team von "Meerzeit für Ferien" war sehr professionell und nett.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
