上の階がうるさかったが、宿泊管理者に連絡をしたらすぐに対応してくれて静かになった事。帰りがけにすれ違った際にも丁重にご挨拶を頂けた事。

ユニバへ行くために利用しました。ユニバからは少し距離はありますが、トゥクトゥクやボートで送迎してもらえて、とても良かったです！ スタッフの方がとても親切で、宿泊前からいろいろ連絡をとることもでき、最高の家族旅行にすることができました！
口コミでわかってはいたのですが、上の階の声や物音が気になりました。団体の方が泊まっていたようでした。

チェックインしたらエアコンをつけていただいてたので快適に過ごせました。徒歩圏内に銭湯もあって近くの焼き鳥屋さんも美味しかったです。アメニティーが充実していたので困る事なく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。
101号室宿泊しましたが、道沿いの為車の騒音が寝室の窓からよく聞こえました。
