Great location, quiet at night. Make sure you respect that quietness at night. Train station, coin laundry and supermarket are all very close. Easy to make your way through Osaka on train and the car park was so convenient.
Comfortable beds. 3 stories and great for a family.
As a big guy (6'3") the downstairs toilet was so small I seriously couldn't fit. But never fear the toilet on the 2nd floor is big enough. But that is all. Everything else is great.

朝潮橋から徒歩5分くらいで、ユニバーサル、海遊館両方アクセスよく便利。
3階エアコンが暖房壊れている、風呂掃除、食器洗いスポンジがない。外のゴミ箱が満載で入ってた。3階の階段が急すぎて、子供やお年寄りにはあぶなすぎる。

立地が良く。リーズナブルに宿泊できました。宿泊ホストともメッセージのやりとりがスムーズでした。
水回りに不具合があったこと。布団、タオルが人数と合っていなかったこと。
