Situated on the 2nd Floor (in a 3-Storey period building) the Studio was completely renovated in Spring 2019. Luxury fittings mixed with urban wall-art, site comfortably alongside hi-end decorative finishes. Combined they give the property a fresh & welcoming character.

However we would also urge visitors to also make the most of this wonderful local neighbourhood. Fitzrovia has a longstanding reputation for attracting ‘creative minds’ of all ages. Giving this area an upmarket, but friendly feel. Something sorely missing from many other 'Exclusive. But not Inclusive' areas within Central London.
Many of the street surrounding the apartment have seen an upsurge in Restaurant openings in recent years. Alongside the already broad range of long-standing venues, this almost guarantees you will be able to find something to suit anyones taste & within almost everyones budget!
Goodge Street itself was originally colonised by Italian immigrants. After many decided to relocate from nearby Soho (the red-light district & social heart of London in 1950’s & 60’s. Their aim was to avoid further cultural confrontation. However this rich culinary history of this Italian influx remains still evident to this day.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for single or couple traveling. It is on a Main Street so there is some noise but the black out curtains do help

Good communication, convenient payment structure, location is excellent - near Tottenham Court Road for Elizabeth Line and Goodge Street for Northern Line.Well equipped studio apartment with dishwasher, hob, fridge/feezer and microwave.Very comfortable.Hosts flexible re check in and out.

It was sweltering on warm days in London, there was a slow response to fix that with AC units that didn't work well
It was full of good intentions but I would make sure the place is cooled well enough
Also, the room is in front of a main busy street and can be very noisy - I would definitely make the apartment noise-proof somehow - which right now is definitely not
