- Driveway is limited to one vehicle and shared with the upstairs and side condo neighbors.
* The condo is not shared, and the deck off the condo is not shared, but the upstairs condo has the lower deck space.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Very nice, clean place to stay. Owners are very nice and accommodating. So sorry to hear that Fred had passed away. Great guy and host. Florida has to do something about the red tide on the gulf side though

Nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting out on patio and taking in the warm sunshine! Fred was very pleasant to speak with and gave us a great tip regarding our route home! Thank you Fred!
