Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 160 cm double bed (2 x 80 cm), access to the terrace and pool.
Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): 160 cm double bed (2 x 80 cm), en-suite shower room with WC, access to the pool and terrace.
Bedroom 3 (Ground floor): 140 cm sofa bed.
Bedroom 4 (Lower level): 140 cm double bed, sea view, outdoor access.
Bedroom 5 (Lower level): 140 cm double bed, sea view, outdoor access, separate shower room and WC.
This layout offers flexible sleeping arrangements and multiple shower rooms, ensuring optimal comfort for a stay with family or friends.
The villa provides an exceptional outdoor living environment to enjoy the sunshine of the French Riviera.
