Exclusive renovated apartment on the beachfront Levante, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite), and can accommodate 4 people.
Tastefully furnished and very bright apartment of 70 m², with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, glazed terrace incorporated into the living room, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool+seasonal children's pool, outdoor and covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Smart TV TVs, iron and dryer.
The American induction cooker is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and the check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of 200€ is withheld on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

Location fabulous, on the beach
The apartment needed few appliances fixed..ie sink in main toilet leaking, Aircon in bedroom at front door leaking. Aircon engineer came next night.

Aire acondicionado en todos los dormitorios y tv. Es tal cual las fotos. Los porteros del edificio súper amables.
Que no hubiera ningún producto de limpieza.
