Basic facilities but by no means do I say that as a negative. Having been to similar places in Puerto Rico for many years you know what you’re getting! Basic, but very clean, everything you need for a stay such as kettle, iron! To be so cheap, in an excellent location gives nobody the right to complain tbh. Have already rebooked for next year ! The poor bar and pool area make it fantastic
For us the location is perfect - for some it may be to noisy, but that’s like arguing someone who’s not the best on their feet complaining about booking someone at the top of the hill! We have two kids and they never missed a beat sleep wise, we had a few drinks and have ear buds and never heard any noise even though we know the bars opposite are banging the tunes out till 4am

A lovely apartment, very central to everything...bars restaurants and beaches, would definitely stay there again, having said that the apartment was full of tiny ants (I understand as it's a hot country) they got into all our food in the cupboards which we threw away, I had to spend alot of money on air tight containers wen rebought food. A few kitchen items bought as they weren't there...i.e tin opener, cereal bowls
