Casa Las Fresas

The property catered for 5 of us and having 2 bathrooms and working powerful air conditioning was a game changer as we caught a heatwave of temperatures reaching 38 degrees. The apartment was well stocked, clean, comfortable and safe. The stairs from the main centre can be hard work, but can get a taxi for €4 straight the the front of the supermarket and then you are down one flight. Pool area was brilliant, no problems getting beds. Host was great, left us to get on with our holiday. We actually never had to contact elisabeth during our stay as everything was perfect. She contacted regarding checking in and out, which is all we needed. The location is fantastic. 10mins from the beach, 5 mins from the main centres and malls. Apartment has an oven, microwave, washing machine, sleeps 5, has WiFi, smart TV’s in every room, massive storage areas. Virtually everything you need. The supermarket is open from 8am-10pm and has everything you need. We loved our 11 days here and highly recommend.

The whole complex is in need of some work done, cracked stairs and wall tiles, not the most pleasing to look at. But did not ruin our stay. Also would be good to label the keys, we struggled with the keys to each gate to get in and out of the complex and pool areas but again didn’t get in the way

Lovely apartment had everything you would need plus 2 toilets is always ideal! pool was also great some days it was like our own private pool! Owner was a great help if ever had any question quick response and very friendly would definitely stay again location is great a street or so up from the main centre, mogan mall, mcdonalds etc

Can be noisy with entertainment from one of the hotels behind but wasnt overly an issue and if sensitive to noise ear plugs would do the trick if needed. Wifi wasnt the best but thats an added bonus so doesnt effect the property

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at Casa Las Fresas in Puerto Rico. The apartment was absolutely immaculate on arrival—spotlessly clean and very well maintained throughout.

The layout worked perfectly for us. The two bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and spacious, and having an additional double sofa bed downstairs was really convenient. There’s also a toilet downstairs, with a full bathroom and toilet upstairs, which made things very practical for a group stay.

Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra i den här välutrustade och smakfullt renoverade lägenheten. Köket hade allt som vi behövde under vår vistelse. Sängarna var supersköna. Kontakten med värden var mycket bra. Snabb återkoppling när vi undrade över något. Rent och fräscht.

Synd att renoveringsarbetet i området verkar ha avstannat, men det är inget som ägaren kan belastas för!
