The property was clean on arrival and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our short break for two couples.

21A at the Barn is a lovely property, clean and tidy
The heating system was not easy to control, we can only think that as the temperature controls unit in the living room needed a new battery as the battery light was flashing. It would have been useful to have a shelf in the bathrooms to put your toiletries on, also a shelf in the shower to place your shower soap, shampoo etc.

The information and instructions provided for checking in was perfect, the cottage was lovely and clean, warm and exactly as the website. Fresh towels were provided, beds very comfortable and loved the living/kitchen area. The cottage is located a stones throw from the sea front and although you cannot see the sea from the cottage, you can be there in a minute's walk. Highly recommended and actually off season was a perfect few days in peace and quiet with some walks on the beach and delicious seafood in the local pub.
